Trinity is a specialist financial services group with three distinct business lines operating in high growth emerging markets. We provide niche advisory services and invest from our own balance sheet and also with funds that we advise or manage on behalf of others.
History
The Group was formed in February 2008 following the acquisition of a controlling interest in Trinity Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, a specialist asset manager based in South Africa, by Dale Capital Partners Limited, a private equity firm based in Mauritius and listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. Both businesses were independently established in 2000.
